Shipping & Payment

Delivery within Germany

We ship your order reliably and carefully packaged. Depending on the product and shipping method, shipping is carried out by DHL, Hermes, GLS or a comparable shipping service provider.

After successful order and payment confirmation, the following delivery times generally apply:

• Items from our own warehouse: approx. 1–3 working days
• Items from our external warehouse: approx. 5–8 working days
• Custom-made products: Delivery time according to product page

The delivery time applicable to the respective item is displayed on the product page and during the order process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, if available.

Collection at Bierstadter Lädchen

Free collection at Bierstadter Lädchen is possible.

Please only pick up your order after you have received our email "Ready for Collection". Items from our external warehouse are first delivered to us and checked. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is actually ready for collection.
